Banyan Palm Springs Levels of Addiction Care
At our drug rehab in Palm Springs, we understand that addiction varies depending on the substance itself as well as the severity of the addiction, and everyone experiences substance abuse differently. While some people may have visibly hit rock bottom, others may appear fine on the outside. Because of these discrepancies, not everyone will require the same level of addiction treatment. To account for these differences, we offer various types of treatment for addiction based on the individual needs of the patient and their recovery journey.
Types of Addiction Treatment We Offer
At Banyan Palm Springs, we take pride in helping patients achieve long-term sobriety, so we offer various levels of addiction care to ensure that patients get the right help for their specific needs. Before treatment even begins, patients will be assessed by a medical professional to determine the correct program for their recovery. From here, their recovery journey will begin, and their progress closely monitored so that they can transition to another level of addiction care as necessary.
Typically, the first step in recovery is detox to get the patient clean and help remove the harmful toxins from the body. This process can be uncomfortable and even dangerous if done on your own, but our residential detox includes the supervision of experienced medical staff who can handle any medical issues that could arise. They will also monitor the patient’s symptoms and do their best to make them as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
After detox, patients will transition into our residential treatment program. During this time, they will partake in a variety of therapies so that they can address their addiction as a whole and build a foundation for long-term sobriety. This program is a full-time commitment and includes supervised living quarters.
If you or someone you love is battling a substance abuse problem, it is time to get professional help. At Banyan Palm Springs, we help patients not only overcome their addictions but also get their lives back on the right track. Get started on the road to recovery with our different levels of care.
